Get one year on us

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max in the week of the 14th February 2021 and live in South Africa. I would like to know how to redeem my free Apple TV subscription before time runs out. The "how to" on the website or comments or sugestions that are provided simply do not work.


Nowhere do I get a prompt that says Redeem you 1 year free subscription the Get 1 year on us (check eligibility) also does not allow me to click on the 1 year free subscription box. In fact there is no box for me to click on. It goes straight to the movies and gives me the price that needs to be paid to watch the movie.


I even deleted and reinstalled Apple TV on my phone.


How do I get my 1 year free subscription????????


Your help would be great.

The steps that are provided on the website are exactly what needs to be done to claim the offer. However, the offer is only valid for 3 months, if the device was setup on Feb 14th or earlier then it would have expired. Your only option now is to contact Apple, it will be within their discretion as to whether an exception is granted.


FYI: Movies with prices are from the iTunes store and are not part of the subscription but rather have their own fees for rental/purchase.
