i forgot my iCloud password and I don’t have my iPhone 7 Plus that I created my account with and it’s asking me for that specific number but I already change it and I can’t get it back because the phone broke

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
