How do I separate so my

photos, calls, contacts and text messages don’t show up on my daughters phone.

Assuming your daughter is getting a new Apple ID:

First, thoroughly cleanse her iPhone as follows:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Then:

Help your child set up an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Make sure she sets up her phone with her own AppleID not yours.

(Or vice-versa)
