So recently I found my old iphone 4s and wanted to try and see if it still works and it did but now I can't get passed by activation lock eventhough I entered my apple ID and password. I also tried find my phone but it wasn't there in "My devices". And since its an old device I don't have the papers of purchase to take it physically to an apple store to get the problem fixed. If there's any way possible for me to be able to get back my phone please answer.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.
