iCloud deceived by iPhone12 pro max scammers

hello I had such a situation! We were deceived by scammers, we wanted to sell our phone iphone12 pro max and people wrote to us that they want to buy it from us, but first we have to enter their icloud and password, we entered and after that they said that they would not return the password and asked us for money !!! please can you open them icloud ??? so that we can use the phone there is correspondence, there is a check and a box from the phone!!!1photo this my icloud second photo screenshoot with scramers

First of all, you are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user forum. We won't be able to assist you in this matter.


Secondly, you should never enter someone else's user name and password on your devices, or provide yours to any one else for that matter.


To wrap it up, if you are still the original owner of the product and now its locked to someone else's ID, you can request Apple remove that other ID from the device, but it will require the original proof of purchase.
