Activation Lock

I Bought an iPhone 5s that have an apple id on it and I accidentally touched find my iPhone. What can I do to have my iPhone back now it's on activation lock

Recycle it.


Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, and intentionally not easy to bypass.


You bought what is effectively if not actually a lost or stolen iPhone, and nothing and nobody here can help with that, and Apple won’t help. Not without the original purchase paperwork showing the serial number or IMEI and matching photo ID, or legal paperwork, or similar proof of original purchase.


Recycle it, if the seller is no longer available as is typical for these cases.
