I’ve been charged for both Apple Music and apple one, but the Apple Music charge is not showing in subscriptions.

I can see two payments have. Been taken out, one for Apple One which includes music and a separate charge for apple family music too. The second is not showing in my subscriptions, so I can’t request a refund. They screwed up last month as well charging me for iCloud storage when that’s included in Apple One. Really poor service!
