my phone won't accept my existing passcode, which disabled my iphone.
my iphone is Iphone11. has anyone had same issue before and any help would be great.
have tried to follow to restore or update to erase data yet failed.

is the above what you followed?
So yeah i’m not sure why it turns out like that as normally box only appears if passcode is alpha numeric which should have a keyboard option to put through but in this case only number buttons are showing
