i subscribed for Apple music 3 months free trial but i got an amount of 12.48$ deducted from my billing card, what should i do to get refund? purchase invoice doesn’t show when i ask for refund from apple support because it says that this purchase is free and it doesn’t have an invoice.

Remember, after your free trial period you will be billed monthly for Apple Music, as the subscription will continue until cancelled. It sounds like you've reached the end of your trial which is why you have been charged.
You could potentially try and claim a refund by contacting Apple's Form > Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support however this isn't guaranteed and it is up to whether Apple allow the refund or not.
