MBP (13’ inch 2016 non-touch bar) battery service recommended

My MBP (2016, 13’) is saying service recommended for the battery even though I really only had like around 325 cycles, for four years of having it now. I’ve had no other issues with the MBP.

Is it worth sending it into Apple Store for repair being a 5 year old model? I checked my model and it’s not covered under the free warranty program. If I do decide to, what will be changed in my MBP under a battery replacement?
