I've had 3 severe falls. My watch did not detect. It used to be able to. I checked and it is turned on. What should I be doing?

Both My watch & phone are up to date. I have an 11 iPhone & a 6 apple watch

Try turnihg fall detection off and back on again and then restart the watch.
