I recently lost my Apple Watch. I have apple care and/or insurance on it. Am I able to get a replacement.??

AppleCare for Watch does not cover lost or stolen items, nor does the warranty. You can get a replacement Watch by buying one the way you would when regularly buying it. You can check if your renter's or homeowner's insurance covers it. Some credit cards also offer some coverage.
