Not able to pair Apple watch SE with IPhone 8

I have updated my iPhone ios to 14.4.2.

Restarted both watch(SE) and iPhone, still no success. I also tried pairing it manually, but it keeps on cancelling after some time.

If I try to install the update showing in the image attachment 1, after some time it says iPhone out of date.

Update your phone to ios14.6.
