You need to contact Goldman Sachs if you are wanting to dispute a charge on your card. You can contact them directly or open Wallet, tap on your Apple Card, tap on the black circle with the three white dots at the top right then select message to Goldman Sachs.
Your answer was my question, the message was not delivered to Goldman Sachs when I used the same you talked about in your response.
Is your iPhone connected to both your cellular connection and WiFi? Have you tried again? Can you send a test message to anyone else?
