iTunes Match question from longtime apple user

If I resigned up for iTunes Match now after cancelling a few years ago, would all my music still be there? I just resigned up for Apple Music and only my purchased music showed up. I would rejoin Itunes match in a second if I knew my old music was still there.

No it would not be there, only things you have purchased from Apple might be there.

Deep down in the legal documents: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html you will find, "When your Paid Subscription to any Service ends, you will lose access to any functionality or Content of that Service that requires a Paid Subscription."
