Can’t see downloaded apps

I can’t see download apps on phone … but when I go to App Store, it’s showing OPEN button with that app and clicking on that I can launch the app .

I am using iPhone XR with iOS 14.6

Have you looked in the App Library for the apps? Take a look at this.

You can change your settings so that downloaded apps go to the Home Screen

Change where new apps get downloaded
