Restore
Iphone 11 was disabled so has been restored. It’s asking for a passcode but the usual one and default 1234 is not working - any ideas?

Thanks - We’ve followed all the steps to restore but it’s asking for passcode but not accepting it - it’s a brand new phone received yesterday, disabled itself today so we had to restore
