I cannot receive calls or texts from my wife (ideal for some!). She can call or text anyone else but her calls to me always go to voicemail and her texts never arrive. The problem initially was intermittent and then of late it appears to be permanent. I have checked the obvious e.g.. Blocking, Dial Assist and have spoken with my Mobile service provider and installed a new Sim and Reset Networks on both phones.
