Phone won’t let me download apps

When I try to get an app it keeps saying my Apple ID has never been used in iTunes and prompts me to review only giving me the option to add my password and then right back to review page again what can I do?

Go into your Apple ID details and add a payment method so that you can use your account in the iTunes & App Stores.
