BURNING PLAYLIST from iTUNES: Running Windows 10 64-Bit iTunes Version 12.11.3.17 Error message when running Diagnostic on Cd/DVD drive is 1) Unable to Access Audio Disc 2) Unable to Read Audio Disc

I Burned a Playlist 3 days ago--it plays perfectly in my car--NO PROBLEM. I tried to copy the SAME Playlist today and it indicated in iTunes 10 Initializing; then indicated Writing (for each song in playlist). eventually the audio TONE sounded, the DVD/CD RW drive opened and the EXPECTATION was that the CD would play PERFECTLY--as usual. Only this time the Audio didn't play: there is NO indication that the Actual Writing of the songs to the CD ever too place. I Went and Bought NEW Blank CD's --High Quality...the SAME CD-R 700mb same as when worked perfectly...Now...Don't know HOW to do what I think could solve the problem....1) ReCalibrate the DVD/CD RW Drive ..Power on---Power off entire PC (Hard Boot)...The little "Glitch-Fixers" that seem to de-bug for "unknown" reasons. ANY Clear/Precise Step A-B-C- REMEDIES out there? Thanks.
