What is error - 23 Time MACHINE?

says in progress for days, then try to delete error-23

the only choice below is Mac OS high Sierra - I have Big Sur - there isn't a link for Big Sur

Run Disk Utility's First Aid on all drives, if they all checkout look into cabling problems.
