Why do I have to have all these non english fonts in my mac system?

There are distributed as part of the OS and cannot be deleted. But in any properly programmed application that deals with text, you can use Font Collections so you aren't bothered by these fonts you never use.

You do not have to use them, relax and use your "english fonts" then.
