Can I share a Family Sharing account with myself on a work phone with a different Apple ID account?
You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs. Others have posted they were able to set up Family Sharing between their different IDs.

I have tried setting up my other Apple ID on my Family Share account. However, every time I do, I get this response.
This is within a minute of receiving the invitation. If I send another invitation and immediately click on the link, I get the same error message.
Any suggestions?
This isn't Apple Support where you can talk to someone trained to troubleshoot problems with Apple capabilities. This is mostly other users like you who are volunteering their time to try to help others. In the first link, scroll to the bottom and there is a link for telephone support.

You are welcome. Unfortunately, other than trying to restart both devices/computers, I don't know what else to suggest.
