keyboard not responding, then after several times pressing power, machine keep trying to restart with black screen

keyboard not responding, cannot log in back. then the machine just keep trying to restart, but each time just a sound, repeating forever. pressing power button used to work, but after several times, it starts to keep having sound of restart, but only black screen.

If this is an Intel Mac you can Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

(get at least two-three rounds chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)

If you have a Boot clone, try booting externally and run First Aid on the internal drive.

otherwise see if you can

Boot into Internet Recovery (Option Command R) and from the dropdown menu: Utilities>  Disk Utility> run the First Aid on your Macintosh HD (and the "Macintosh HD-Data" volume as well if Catalina/Big Sur) If errors are found and repaired, run again until no errors reported.

Disk Utility>View>Show All Devices The best sequence is —

• Volume level

• Container level

• Parent drive
