iTunes/apple is disabled

I’m trying to get my Apple Music on as it’s just disappeared and will not allow me to download any apps, and keeps flashing up ‘your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’ can anyone help me please?

It can't be enabled from your end or by the people on these boards. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
