I had a chat with someone at the weekend abd I was told to turn phone off for 30 seconds.

Apple have tried to help me with this but it’s not resolved.

In that case you may have a damaged screen digitizer. Click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
Did they personally inspect your iPhone and offer to replace the screen?
We’ve been through all the options. You obviously think you know more than Apple.
I’m happy with my phone at the moment.
