The Z and the Y switched places

The Y and the Z have switched places on my keyboard and I don’t know how to get them back?

Go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and make sure you have the right item on the list. Qwertz is used mainly for German. Another possibility is Azerty, used mainly for French. You presumably want Qwerty for English.
