Restore deleted number on iphone

Where did you delete it from?

Phone/Recents - Log in to your carrier’s customer portal and you can review all of your calls. If you know the approximate time you were on the call you can find it.

Your Contacts, if you never called it - See→Restore contacts, calendars, bookmarks, and more using iCloud.com - Apple Support

Your Contacts, if you did call it - Again, your carrier’s customer portal.

Check your Mac:

See if this contact is in the Contacts app on your Mac. If you have a Mac with these, then try booting it up (with the router powered off), and then finding it there in the Contacts app

Who is your cellular network provider? Go to their website and you should see a Sign In button, usually in the upper right corner.

They may also have an app in the app store that would be able to show the same information.

Unless you backed it up before you deleted that number, it is gone.
