My personal mail boxes on iMac 2020 11.5.2 have disappeared. Mail very difficult to use.
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15
It has Google, iCloud, and Earthlink, but none of the personal mail boxes that are labeled with, for example, the names of family members. It has "junk" and "trash" etc, which I do not need for each email address. Everything is normal on my 2013 iMac, but this new one has been nothing but trouble.
If you hover over the + sign in left col. does it show a list of boxes that you can pick from? Should show inbox as one.
Do for the Inboxes and other mailboxes as you see done for the All Junk in the animated gif below:
