If your Airpod Pros are not showing in Find My, it would appear they have gone. The location will not update until they connect to your device. You should try looking for them yourself. If you've lost them in a building/work, perhaps ask their security team, if they have been handed in.

If you are unable to find your Airpod, Apple does sell replacements, where you can pay to replace one individual Airpod and you can look into it here AirPods Repair – Official Apple Support

If you have lost both your Airpods and/or case, it might be more economical to buy a new set.
