Why the Issue: Likely because they are not syncing with the mail server.

What to Do:

Either...

A. Remove/Add the Account(s):

Remove the eMail account(s) from the device(s) not syncing, and add them back.

Or...

B. Use an App Password:

Use a new App password, if that is how you are to set it up. Here is how to do so with Gmail: ign in with App Passwords - Google Account Help - Google
