Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you have an additional question after reviewing the related article, Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet, and we'd like to offer our support.

As it turns out, deleting a pass, such as a ticket, removes it permanently. The section "Expired passes" in the link below explains this in more detail:

Remove passes from Apple Wallet

From here, you would simply add the ticket back to Wallet using the steps linked above.
