Will airpod pro charge with ear buds in case or out of case

They only charge when in the case

The case itself will charge with or without the AirPods. The AirPods themselves will of course need to be in the case to be charged. There is no magic way to charge them when outside of the case.

The Case can charge the AirPods without being connected to power itself, if it's been previously charged.
