How to resolve the problem?
MacBook Air (2020 or later)
The following worked for me:
Disable & remove Bluetooth headphone from list of devices. While you’re at it, you may want to do the same for any other Bluetooth or even Wi-Fi connections. Shut down your Mac, not a restart. Start up again. Connect BT devices, etc. Hope this helps
