Apple account balance
I have asked for a refund of an app and I receive an email that I have been refunded but the amount does not appear on my apple account. How long does it take for the amount to appear?

Approved refunds take up to 2 days for store credit and 30 days for most other payment methods. Click here for more information.
If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
