I have tried this theory and it never works when you return to a sight or web page Why?

Who actually can use this password Apple page as it never seems to save passwords that ARE GENERATED

App-specific passwords are passwords for your Apple ID that let you sign in to your account and securely access the information you store in iCloud from a third-party app. For example, use iCloud mail account with third party mail app.

They are not intended for general website use. They are saved in Keychain if you have it activated.
