I’m stuck in a situation. Recently lost my new iPhone 12 and now trying to reactivate my old iPhone 12. Only problem is I don’t remember the passcode to my old iPhone and I recently changed my Apple ID password and I don’t remember it as it was written down in the iPhone I recently lost

If you have forgotten the passcode to the iPhone, you will need to restore the iPhone. However, you will also need the Apple ID and password used to activate the device.
