I deleted my entire apple music library and can't get any of my Apple Music back, please help!

I have my libraries synched and deleted my Apple Music. I don't pay for iCloud and have a few thousand songs that I lost. If anybody knows how to access a backup of Apple Music libraries, please let me know. Thanks.

Have you been using Time Machine to make backups of your Mac? If so, see:
