Apple Music is now lossless. Are iTunes tracks for sale lossless as well?

No. The lossless offer is only for the Apple Music streaming service. Song downloads from the iTunes Store are still in AAC/256.

However, you can purchase lossless downloads from other retailers such as BandCamp.com, Beatport.com, or Qobuz.com, and add them to your iTunes/Music library.
