when I go to the App Store it’ says my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes ? How can I fix it I already tried the hacks like changing password and all that stuff and nothing works

Apple says if you see this message (or one saying, "You cannot login because your account has been locked" ), "there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file." Apple Support is the only one who can fix this for you.
