Hey, i wanna ask you about my apple id balance. So i have $0.62 left, but can i refund it or what should i do so i can change my region? Because my current region is Singapore and i want to change it into Indonesia. Thankyou

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
