Trade-in kit (iPad)
My issue is that when the trade-in kit arrived, it came with no paperwork, shipping label or supporting email. 'Magical'? Apple Australia do not answer any email or support portal queries about this, perhaps only by telephone - which I would rather avoid - long wait times, general confusion or avoidance, and I would prefer that all such correspondance be in writing.
Next, I guess I'll just wait for the delivery pickup (this date only found by accident in the order portal - no email or sms confirmation of that was sent by Apple). I'm guessing the courier will not take the package because of no shipping label etc - it only has a yellow T1 sticker. Hopeless communication.
