Is anyone else having trouble reaching any humans at Apple Card to dispute transactions?
I've been trying to dispute a transaction for nearly three months. I am unable to reach a human at GS or Apple to see what is going on. I got a call once, they left the main phone number and then I spent an hour listening to bad pop hits and instructions on how to use my iPhone to dispute a transaction.
I called in a couple of times but keep ending up with the wrong departments. Best call? The poor woman in iTunes subscriptions trying to figure out how I ended up in her phone queue.
Any help? This sucks and I am about to cancel the card. Big mistake getting it.
