Neighbors hacked iphone
My neighbors have deleted my pictures and videos and say my passwords out loud and scramble any voice messages I try to send. They have been harassing me and I can’t keep proof.

Change your password, enable two-factor authentication. Follow the guidance at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204145.
You're describing issues that may be indicative of hardware failures, not of being hacked. Have your phone diagnosed.

It's unlikely anyone has hacked your phone, but someone may have gained access to your Apple ID account, especially if you do not use a strong password or two-factor authentication. If you believe your Apple ID has been compromised, visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204145
I used to believe that. I’d tell people iPhones were unhackable but they are doing something. They have deleted all my videos, stopped them while I am recording them and I used two factor and complicated passwords. I know all of this.
Not jail broken and I don’t loan out expensive equipment. My battery is dead and I just charged it 4 hours ago. We are going to have to agree to disagree. I used to preach the same thing until I am having to go through it.
It's not possible unless you have jailbroken your device, or gave your device to them to use.
Your battery is dead? Take it in for service if it only lasts 4 hours. You're still not being hacked.
Again, agree to disagree. I wouldn’t delete my own pictures and videos. My daughters 17th birthday pictures were there. My calls and voice messages are scrambled no one can hear them.
