My new iPhone 13 came with a cable for charging using USB 3 connection (whatever that is). What do I -lug that into? Thanks

You can use that cable and plug it into any USB-C power adapter or computer port. If you don't have one, a popular option is https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MHJA3AM/A/20w-usb-c-power-adapter

Or if you have both the cable and power adapter from an older device, you can use them without using the new cable.
