Stolen iphone

My iPhone SE was stolen. I purchased a new iPhone on a new cellular plan. My stolen device is locked with my finger print. I erased the iPhone SE from the devices section under the Find my iPhone app on my new iPhone. If the person who stole my iPhone SE is able to unlock it. Would they have access to view items in my iCloud?

-Thanks!

No.

To get into your iCloud Data they would need your Apple ID credentials.

Don'ts

If you remove the device from your account after you erase it, Activation Lock will be turned off. This allows another person to turn on and use your device.
