Changed Apple ID to new email but the old one still shows

So I changed my Apple ID to my new email because my old email hasn’t been used since 2014 so In settings and on the Apple ID picture it’s showing my picture and my old email still even tho I’ve changed it on Apple ID an In iTunes and App Store it even shows on Apple that my new email is there but when I go into settings an click on the Apple ID it shows my old email at the bottom of my picture still!! I need help please!

If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article? Make sure you turn of Find My Phone before signing out of the old ID. Once signed out and Find My Phone is off, then sign in with the new ID, then turn Find My Phone back on.
