Itunes withdrew 39.99$ from my account but I didn't purchase anything nor did I subscribe to Itunes.
Hi, I recently found out Itunes withdrew 39.99$ from my bank account and even after checking my purchase history on iTunes, it showed that I didn't purchase anything and therefore cannot ask for a refund on their reportaproblem.apple.com site. Who do I contact and how do I get my money back?
PS: I also didn't subscribe to Itunes. Even if I had, it shouldn't charge me 39.99$.
