my apple watch won’t turn on after swimming

I had been swimming for around 50 minutes and made sure to have water lock on and turned it off after I finished but my watch starting being weird and randomly calling emergency services without me knowing even if the watch wasn’t on my wrist. I powered it off and on again but it didn’t help so I tried to hard reset it and now it won’t turn on. it’s been like this for several hours now and whenever I try to power it on or do a hard reset it just shows the apple logo and turns off again. please help I don’t know what to do anymore
