AirPods disconnecting

I am using AirPods Pro and they are disconnecting while I am using them. This has been going on for a couple weeks now and I have tried everything I know of to fix it. My daughter has the same issue. Can someone help us?

Two Thoughts:


A. Troubleshoot the iPhone's Bluetooth:


B. Verifying a Genuine Device:

  1. Get the Serial Number: Find the Serial Number of your AirPods - Apple Support
  2. Enter the Serial Number here: https://checkcoverage.apple.com/.
  3. View the Results: If all shows up as an AirPod, then you are fine. If not, then these are fake, and that is likely why you are getting the issue of connectivity.
